These Animals are four charming guys from New York who met at art school and built up something like a “college-band-supergroup”. They all played in various bands before and you can tell that there are different musical influences combined in their songs. Sixties-inspired melodies float over chaotic guitars, syncopated rhythms, visceral textures and sometimes hard-hitting rock. These Animals is a perfect band for the summer and when it´s getting colder again, you will remember the sunny days through the soundtrack they deliver with their first self-titled EP. (read more)

I really love your music… I didn’t even know it was on here for free. I bought it on iTunes… But you know what? I’m happy about that purchase, I wish there were live studio videos for the songs from this CD similar to the Souvenir Session videos… Keep crankin’ out incredible tunes boys.
